Waquoit Bay National Estuary Reserve Tour

This event is for FGC members only.   Attendees should wear good walking shoes and are to meet outside at the Visitor Center. The tour will last one to one and half hours depending on how much is discussed.  The tour will include the Reserve's headquarters including the sand plain grassland located in front of the property, the pollinator and rain gardens with continuation down to the beach with discussion of some of the research happening at the Waquoit Reserve. The guide will talk about the way the Reserve manages the grassland for invasive species as well as touching on the history of the property and the buildings."
