About the Event
Are you interested in creating a decorated pumpkin with dried flowers? Rosanne Mili will lead a workshop on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 7 at 9:30 in the Gus Canty Center. If you want to join in the fun, please start drying flowers now! To dry, you can simply press them between the pages of a heavy book, hang them to dry in a cool dry space or experiment with silica. There are many tutorials online for guidance in drying flowers. You can also collect pods, small acorns, pinecones, bark, etc.
Sign-up will be at the Oct. 6 monthly meeting and the cost will be $5.00. You will need to provide your own pumpkin(s).
