The tour will showcase five distinctive homes, each offering its own unique style and character. All are located in the lovely Old Silver Beach area, one of North Falmouth’s premier coastal destinations.
Two of the homes are located in Old Silver Beach Estates, a neighborhood developed in the 1970s that features a private association beach and tennis court. These coastal properties enjoy beautiful sunset views overlooking Old Silver Beach. One of the homes offers three levels of living space, along with a separate one-bedroom cottage with a loft. Both homes feature open floor plans and soaring cathedral ceilings.
Two additional homes, located off Quaker Road, have been magnificently renovated. One features a screened porch with a seasonal view of Old Silver Beach, while its light-filled interior showcases thoughtful design, fine craftsmanship, and carefully curated artwork.
