About Us

The Falmouth Garden Club was founded in 1931and is one of the oldest and largest clubs in the Garden Club Federation of Massachusetts. Despite its size of almost 200 members, the club has a warm, friendly atmosphere in which members are encouraged to enhance and develop their skills and interests. Throughout its eighty years, the club has contributed to the civic and residential community. Our  meetings, workshops, projects and study groups center on horticulture, conservation, and design.

The club meets at 12:30 on the first Monday of month, except for March and August, in Fellowship Hall of the First Congregational Church on Falmouth Green.

We belong to National Garden Clubs, Inc., the largest volunteer organization in the United States.  National Garden Clubs promotes the love of gardening, floral design, and civic and environmental responsibility. Our club shares these desires. Individuals who are interested in working with us to achieve these objectives in Falmouth are welcome to attend a meeting to consider membership.
